Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe was born in France. Her most popular role is as the anti-heroine Bond girl Severine who is in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. Her credits however don't reflect the fact that she appeared with Sophie Marceau in Un bonheur n'arrive alone. She is also the brand ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice born as a child of French Chinese and Cambodian parents in Paris France May 19, 1979. Born into a middle class French-speaking family, she was raised by her Chinese father as well as an Cambodian mother. Her mother is a former teacher, and her father was medical doctor. While growing up, in Paris the passion for the arts grew and she spent much of her childhood on the piano or drawing. Painting and music were both an obsession of hers and both influenced her to go after her passion and pursue a career. Following a class with Jack Waltzer. She fell in love and acting became her new obsession. Following her discovery, she spent 10 years at Paris' prestigious Conservatory. Once out of school she started auditioning for roles in films and swiftly was offered her first part in The Discordance in 2007. In the beginning of her career in the industry she was unable to get roles that fit the character she wanted to portray. The actor has an enormous influence within the business. The lack of experience led to her being disregarded by the vast majority of movie producers and agents.
